Working Mechanism

  • Place the cutter on the pipe and secure it with the feed handle.
  • When the cutter wheel is in contact with the pipe, lightly engage the cutter wheel by turning the feed screw until it cuts a small groove.
  • Check this groove to ensure true track.
  • After ensuring, tighten the feed screw a quarter of a turn and rotate the pipe accordingly.
  • Continue this process until the pipe is cut.
