Q: How will my order be shipped?
A: Orders for delivery within Netherlands are shipped via TNT, Fedex or Post. Orders to customers in Belgium and other countries in Europe will be via TNT

A: Items in stock are shipped within 24 - 48 hours and the delivery time is normally 5 - 7 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number
Q: Do I have to pay VAT?
A: Yes, 21% VAT is charged on all orders that are delivered within Netherlands. For customers in Belgium and the rest of Europe, VAT will not be charged to business customers who enter a valid VAT number

A: Sure, you can ship with your FedEx / DHL / UPS account number if you want to pick up from our US warehouse
Q: Do you offer air or sea freight?
A: For heavy / bulky items we use air or sea freight to Netherlands, with final delivery by road freight. Contact us for a freight quote
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery as long as goods are in brand new condition in their original packaging

A: Yes, we offer Request for Quotation ("RFQ") option for every product listed on the website. You will receive a quote by e-mail

A: Yes, we can source any part from any of the 2,000+ US brands we offer. Please send an email with your RFQ
Q: Do I have to order on the website?
A: No, you can send us purchase order by email. You will then receive a proforma invoice for payment. You also have the option to complete your purchase online with credit card, Paypal or iDEAL
Q: What currency can I use for payment?
A: We accept payment for online orders in EUR or GBP. For offline orders, we accept payment in EUR only
Q: How can I pay by bank transfer?
A: Simply select “BANK TRANSFER” on your order. You will receive our bank details in the order confirmation email. Please provide your order number on the payment.
