Returns / Refunds Policy

Return Policy

Except as described below, if you are not satisfied for any reason, products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (product must be new / unused). Returned items must be in their original packaging and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs unless a damaged or incorrect item was received.

To process a return, simply contact us via phone or email and ask to return your order. Within 2 days, you will receive an RMA number and delivery address to return the order to. Once the return has been shipped, please provide us with the tracking number so that we can quickly process the return on arrival of the goods to our warehouse. Refund Policy

For any orders placed on our website, customers may cancel their order for a full refund as long as goods have not shipped. Simply contact us via email or phone and we will send you a confirmation of your order cancellation via email. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (if payment was made with a credit card or Paypal). In the case of orders paid via bank transfer, please provide your bank details and funds will be credited back to your bank account. Refunds will be processed within 48 - 72 hours of order cancellation.

For customers wishing to cancel their order after goods have shipped, we will refund the product cost + VAT. However, shipping charges will not be refunded unless the incorrect or damaged goods are delivered. Refunds will be processed within 48 - 72 hours once your order has been returned to our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Items

Sometimes products may be non-refundable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order, advise you of the refund restrictions, and offer you the option to cancel.
