Hydraulic Platform Lift Trucks

Dayton hydraulic platform lift trucks are used in warehouses & manufacturing plants to move & lift loads for stacking them or placing them on storage racks. They feature a flat & stable platform capable of supporting bulky or irregularly shaped items that can not be stored on skids or pallets. These lift trucks are equipped with a foot pedal or hand crank to activate the lifting mechanism for raising the platform, and 2 rigid & 2 swivel casters for smooth mobility. These hydraulic platform lift trucks have a maximum load capacity of 3000 lb, and are available in platform lengths of 22, 24, 25.625 & 30 inches.

Working Mechanism

  • The parking brakes are engaged by pressing the pedal forwards, allowing the user to load the truck while keeping it stationary.
  • The lift truck is rolled slowly to the load and the loading plate / forks are placed underneath the pallet / load.
  • The load and the platform is raised by actuating the foot pedals.
  • The release valve is rotated counter clockwise to lower the load to the desired height.

Features

  • These lift trucks have steel platforms for handling uneven and heavy loads on level surfaces.
  • They feature a foot pump operated lift control for minimising user fatigue while allowing hands-free operation.
  • They have a hydraulic lifting mechanism for lifting heavy loads with ease and control and rigid wheels for job site portability.
  • They have a face contact brake for preventing the lift truck from moving during loading / unloading.
  • They have powder coated finish for high abrasion resistance.
