FTexas Pneumatic Tools portable FRL (filters regulators lubricators) systems deliver clean air at fixed pressures ensuring proper pneumatic component operation with improved operational durability. They feature pre-filter Y strainers to trap large debris and have sludges for extending the life of automatic drain on filter units. These systems come with galvanised protective cages to prevent rust in marine or off shore environments and comprise filters, regulators & lubricators. The particulate filters eliminate harmful water or oil condensates, dirt & rust from compressed air supplies; regulators with gauges provide precise pressure (psi) control and the lubricators maintain the same oil / air ratio despite the variations of airflows. Selected models have nipple connectors for a watertight seal and metal bowls for clear visibility of oil droplets. Choose from a broad range of these systems, available in sizes of 3/4, 1/2 and 1-1/2 inches.

Parker filters, regulators & lubricators are designed to efficiently remove particles & moisture and control the flow of fluids They are ideal for applications in the agriculture, plumbing, food and chemical industries. These pneumatic regulators feature positive and accurate pressure regulation over a wide range of pipe sizes and are capable of handling flow rates up to 400 cfm. The filters are equipped with a manual drain valve that eliminates the collected water from the filter bowl, thus increasing the product's life and efficiency. They are designed to withstand temperatures up to 175 deg F with high moisture removal efficiency. KFRL systems are used for protecting the downstream components, like valves and cylinders from damages caused by external contaminants, paints, fish eye, rust, pipe scale or reduced air flow to equipment. Regulators are used for controlling the speed and flow of liquids and air while the filter scrubs, strains and traps contaminated particles (dust, dirt or rust) and separates liquids (water/oil) from the compressed air supply. The lubrication oil, on the other hand, ensures frictionless movement between pneumatic components to work effectively. These combination filter / regulator / lubricator sytems reduce the installation setup time by integrating the three units into one and also take minimum space. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of ARO, Groz, Milton Industries, Parker, Speedaire, Texas Pneumatic Tools and Wilkerson filter regulator lubricators. Milton Industries air filters feature a metal bowl along with a sight glass for better detection of the fluid level and three drain options including an automated drain which activates under pressurised flow, a manual drainage facility that rotates the valve at bottom of filter and a push-to connect tube which channels away the water safely. They are integrated with 1/4 inch NPT threads on both the inlet and outlet ports and operates at a maximum pressure of 145 PSI. Wilkerson FRLs have a light weight design with high flow capacity and a large bowl reservoir operating at an adjusting pressure range of 0 - 125 PSI. These ready-to-mount combination units are integrated into a single unit with a pressure gauge and a modular T-bracket for easy installation. They are available in 1/2, 1/4 and 3/8 inch NPT pipe size options on Raptor Supplies.
