These pneumatic regulators feature positive and accurate pressure regulation over a wide range of pipe sizes and are capable of handling flow rates up to 400 cfm. The filters are equipped with a manual drain valve that eliminates the collected water from the filter bowl, thus increasing the product's life and efficiency. They are designed to withstand temperatures up to 175 deg F with high moisture removal efficiency. These closed nipples, modular filters / regulators / lubricators are further offered in 2 or 3 piece pipe options. Texas Pneumatic Tools portable FRL (filters regulators lubricators) systems deliver clean air at fixed pressures ensuring proper pneumatic component operation with improved operational durability. They feature pre-filter Y strainers to trap large debris and have sludges for extending the life of automatic drain on filter units. These systems come with galvanised protective cages to prevent rust in marine or off shore environments and comprise filters, regulators & lubricators. The particulate filters eliminate harmful water or oil condensates, dirt & rust from compressed air supplies; regulators with gauges provide precise pressure (psi) control and the lubricators maintain the same oil / air ratio despite the variations of airflows. Selected models have nipple connectors for a watertight seal and metal bowls for clear visibility of oil droplets.
