Includes air ducts, ventilation kits, duct carriers & conductive air ducts to vent stale air & fumes outside and direct fresh air into enclosed spaces
Exhaust hazardous and explosive vapours from refineries, power plants, shipyards and other industrial environments. Circulate cool air in spaces where temperatures are elevated or where heavy equipment is at risk of overheating
Used for venting out foul smells and stale air from confined spaces and are compact enough to fit into small spaces and circulate air
Installed at the opening of manholes or tanks to connect air duct on both ends of the device and deliver fresh air. Can operate at temperatures ranging from -158 to 250 degrees F and are available in conductive / standard / moulded polyethylene variants
Includes OSHA-specified carbon monoxide replacement sensors for use with CO-91 Series monitors
The brand's extensive catalogue includes confined space venturi blowers, supplied air compressors & ambient air pumps, supplied air compressors and ambient air pumps, hose safety cables, SCBA and breathing air cylinders, respiratory airline hoses, saddle vents, cascade airline kits and manifolds, confined space fan and blower accessories, motor driven and hand crank hose reels, replacement sensors, air cleaner filters, duct and fittings and airline cooling systems. Air System International's confined space venturi blowers use saturated steam or compressed air as a power source for extracting hazardous fumes / vapours and are used in underground storage tanks and below-the-ground locations. They feature a sturdy galvanised steel body and aluminium base for structural rigidity and corrosion resistance. Air Systems venturi blowers have an effective extraction across refineries, power plants and the steel industries. The brand's air filtration systems have an air compressor that compresses ambient air for respirator users. The compressed air passes through a high-quality filter to remove contaminants, ensuring clean and safe breathing air. They come with a carbon monoxide (CO) monitor that continuously checks for CO presence, providing alerts if levels exceed safety limits. These systems feature a safety visual flowmeter that verifies airflow, ensuring an adequate air supply. They are equipped with an inline compressed air purification (CPO) monitor that assesses air quality by removing contaminants, moisture and oil, providing real-time feedback. These filtration systems have a solid aluminium block manifold that serves as a central distribution point for the compressed air, facilitating proper routing to system components.
Air Systems International part numbers often cross-reference to various Texas Pneumatic Tools products. So, if you're looking for an Air Systems International blower that is either obsolete or out of stock, chances are we have the equivalent item available.
These Air Systems International products range from small to large sizes and require compact packaging. They are suitable for courier shipment & air freight.

Breather Box is a portable filtration system designed to provide Grade-D quality breathing air for workers. It filters incoming air from a compressor, monitoring CO and oxygen levels. It has three filtration stages, removing water, particulates, oils, mists, ultra-fine particles, organic vapours and odours. This breather box has filter change indicators included in it. Filtration efficiency is 99.99% at a minimum particle size of 0.01 micron. This system includes a CO monitor with battery, DC or AC power options, with audible and visual alerts. It comes with point-of-attachment (POA) boxes to extend respirator usage.
They are oilless vane air compressors that operate at low pressure. The pressure in these pumps does not exceed 15 psi.
Yes, as these compressors compress air into a smaller volume, the air heats up. This increases the pressure and temperature of the air.
Air-powered units rely on compressed air as their power source, offering versatility in hazardous locations and off-grid settings. They are lightweight and portable, making them easy to transport. In contrast, electric fans & blowers are powered by electricity from outlets or batteries, making them suitable for indoor or urban environments. They provide continuous operation and often feature variable speed settings. Electric units are generally more power-efficient and emit no emissions, while air-powered units generate less noise.

Air Systems International swivel connectors are ideal for installations in wet environments or facilities with a requirement for long vacuum hoses. They feature a built-in pressure relief valve to restrict water lifts beyond 160 inches for preventing tank collapse. They come with an ON / OFF flow valve and a pressure gauge for enhanced performance.
Breathing air compressor systems are designed for the purpose of providing respirator-compatible air. These systems are tailored to meet the specific requirements of respirator use, including considerations such as compressor size, FDA Food-grade lubricating oil, Grade-D filtration, CO monitoring, refrigerated dryer, receiver tank with condensation drain and an appropriate air distribution system. While a plant air compressor is not specifically designed or optimised for respirator use and may not have these specialised features.
