Working Mechanism

  • Pressure is applied to the wet concrete surface as the roller is rolled back & forth.
  • The pressure eliminates air pockets and distributes the concrete evenly for a smooth and dense surface.
  • The handles help the user to apply pressure and control the direction & speed of the roller.
  • The cylindrical drum handles the pressure and weight of the concrete.
  • High-quality bearings are used to ensure smooth rotation of the drum.

Features

  • These kits come with a roller, two weights, a frame with weight poles and a 1-3/4 inches push-button adapter.
  • They feature a polyethylene / steel drum for structural rigidity and leakproof operations.
  • These rollers come with a steel / aluminium handle for a strong grip and enhanced durability.
  • They have a leverage weight system to adapt different concrete sets and create a push-and-pull pattern imprint.
  • Selected models further feature a textured surface on the drum for increased traction and control.
