Working Mechanism

  • Attach the On / Off rare earth magnet along the load side or to the corner.
  • As the load is lifted, the connection to the telescoping pole enables user to control and position the load precisely where required without any damage.

Features

  • Mag-Mate load control magnets feature a powered On / Off rare earth magnet to firmly hold the load when suspended for controlled & safe operation.
  • They come with pole telescopes having lengths ranging from 6 to 12 inches to navigate the load into position without standing near it.
  • LCM0150-01, LCM0450-01 and LCM1000-01 load control magnets allow operators to use their pole according to their ease as they come without pole telescopes.
  • These load-control products provide a quick and simple setup by magnetically adhering to ferrous steel plates, pipes and parts with a single switch turn.

Standards and Approvals

  • RoHS
  • REACH
  • ASME

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a regular magnet and a rare earth magnet?

  • Regular magnets are made of iron, whereas rare earth magnets are made from rare earth alloys.
  • Compared to regular magnets, rare earth magnets feature a higher coercive force and deliver stronger magnetic output.

Do these load control magnets use the electrical power supply for operation?

Instead of an electrical power supply, these load control magnets use electronic impulses to adjust the magnet's On / Off orientation.
