Features

• Thumb screws are easily identifiable owing to their diverse head designs and oversized heads that provide easy grip.
• They prevent downtime and save money on repairs & maintenance as they can be easily replaced by the user themselves.
• Thumb screws generally come in two forms - pre-configured (factory-made in standard sizes) and user-configured (can be modified using knobs having diverse shapes / designs).
• Some thumb screws are equipped with a driver slot for added torque using a screwdriver. They often come with washers that ensure secure fitting.
• Most thumb screws have a fully threaded shank. However, selected models have a partially threaded shank to prevent breakage / bending due to friction-induced overheating and to protect them from loosening.
• The screws have right or left-handed threading to attach to the mating thread of a nut or tapped hole.
