• Thumb screws are easily identifiable owing to their diverse head designs and oversized heads that provide easy grip.

• Most thumb screws have a fully threaded shank. However, selected models have a partially threaded shank to prevent breakage / bending due to friction-induced overheating and to protect them from loosening.
• The screws have right or left-handed threading to attach to the mating thread of a nut or tapped hole.
