• These electromagnetic vibratory sieve shakers are ideal for applications like filling & settling candy or chocolate moulds, performing lab analysis or de-airing small plastic moulds in commercial and industrial settings.
• They feature a durable HDPE top for providing a shock-absorbing and non-slip surface to prevent spills during the shaking process.
• They come integrated with a dial to adjust the intensity and a 3-position toggle switch to choose between standard and VAF (variable amplitude and frequency) controls.

Eberbach Sieve Shakers

• These sieve shakers feature a series of chambers with mesh filters and aggressively agitate the sample for complete separation.
• They come equipped with a rocker arm design that creates two axes of motion (vertical and horizontal) for aggressive agitation, thus improving the efficiency of separation and reducing noise.
• They are also incorporated with an easy-to-use locking mechanism that secures the sieves to the shaker firmly.

Working Mechanism

• These shakers come with a stack of sieves with progressively small openings where the sample is placed.
• The sieve shaker is then activated, which vibrates the sieves at a specified frequency and amplitude.
• This causes the particles in the sample to pass through the openings in the sieves, and the remaining particles are retained on the sieve surface.
