Ruland Manufacturing MSP Series shaft collars are designed for spacing, guiding, stopping and component alignment in light duty applications. These collars are tested beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards to provide maximum holding power and come coated with bright / black oxide finish for glossy appearance. They are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40 to 350 degrees F. Ruland Manufacturing threaded, one-piece shaft collars feature higher axial holding power than round bore shaft collars of similar sizes. They are ideal for guiding, spacing, stopping, mounting & component alignment. These units feature double-tapped threads to ensure precise and burr-free finish, allowing easy installation & removal, and a proper fit. They come with forged screws that test beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards to ensure maximum holding power. All units are stamped with bore size for ease of identification. These units are available in clearance diameters ranging from 20 to 59.2 mm.

Rudland Manufacturing MCL Series shaft collars are suitable for holding motor components, gear assemblies, bearings, sprockets and other parts in position, facilitating the proper movement and alignment. They feature a one-piece design that allows installation by sliding the collar onto the shaft from the end without disassembling the whole unit. These collars also incorporate a clamping mechanism (set of screws) that secures the collar tightly onto the shaft, providing indefinite adjustability. They offer aluminium construction for durability & corrosion resistance and have the ability to withstand temperatures up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ruland Manufacturing two-piece, double-wide shaft collars come in a clamp design that is easy to remove & indefinitely adjustable, and will not mar the shaft in the process. They are used as short rigid couplings for applications where a traditional rigid coupling is too long. These RoHS 3 & REACH compliant units feature 303 stainless steel / 1215 lead-free steel construction for increased holding power. They are equipped with forged screws that test beyond DIN 912 12.9 standards to offer maximum holding power. All units are stamped with bore sizes for easy identification.
