Features

  • Round standoffs generally have a threaded body for connecting easily to components.
  • Most standoffs come with female threading on both ends to act similarly to threaded spacers and attach to male threaded fasteners or components like screws / bolts from both sides.
  • Male standoffs or male-male standoffs have two threaded protrusions on their ends for screwing into a hole.
  • Male-female standoffs can use their male threaded end to screw into a holed component and their female threaded end to accept fasteners like screws / bolts.
  • These standoffs can be partially threaded to provide a gap between components for necessary airflow, dissipation of heat and electrical isolation.
  • Selected models CS Johnson 60-614 have angled construction for connecting parts that are at different angles or in different planes to each other.
  • Micro Plastics round standoffs have nylon construction and come in packs of multiple pieces for easy replacement.
