Pneumatic Modular FRL Accessories

Dayton mounting brackets are used to install wall and ceiling heaters. These units are also usedful for modifying the mounting style of a heater, such as surface mounting of a recessed heater. They are cULus / ETL listed and are made of steel to offer versatility & durability.

Parker ECS Series muffler-reclassifiers are designed for reducing noise from the exhaust ports induced during applications in air tools and pneumatic devices. These mufflers feature seamless design with cylindrical perforated steel retainers that offer support to coalescing filter media and excellent corrosion resistance. The filter media helps to remove oil aerosols from compressor / lubricating oils that enter the industrial plant environment through exhaust ports of valves, cylinders & air motors. They also lower the dBA levels ( up to 25) below OSHA requirements when the exhaust produces sudden and excessive noise, providing a cleaner and quieter working environment and better work productivity. Choose from an array of these mufflers, available in maximum operating temperature and pressure of 125 degrees F and 100 PSIG, respectively.

Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of Wilkerson joiner sets and other assemblies for easy unit installation & mounting. These joiner assemblies are used with Wilkerson 18 & 28 Series modular units to make a reliable & leak-free assembly. They also allow the user to mix & match two Series / families, such as using an F28 filter with an R18 regulator.

Wilkerson 18 / 28 Series end blocks are used with diverter blocks to close its front & back ports and provide additional design flexibility for attaching / branching off the main manifold. These diverter blocks come with 1/2 & 3/4 inch, threaded inlet / outlet ports and can be mounted anywhere in the FRL system. Raptor Supplies offers a wide range of these modular end block connectors (for use with diverter blocks) in 1/2, 3/8 & 3/4 inch NPT sizes.
