Needle Valves

Parker needle valves are used to control or regulate the flow of liquid and gas, as well as provide a tight shut-off mechanism for positive sealing in instrumentation and metering applications. These units come equipped with a handwheel or small handle designed specifically to control the position of the plunger and allow precise and accurate fluid control. They feature 316 stainless-steel / brass / PFA construction for withstanding pressures ranging between 100 and 6000 psi and a maximum temperature of 450 degrees F. Choose from an extensive range of these slender needle-shaped plungers available in R, N and K type stem tips on Raptor Supplies.

Spears Valves Low Extractable Needle Valves

  • They feature PVC / CPVC / PP construction for resisting chemicals and corrosion on exposed surfaces.
  • These flow control needle valves have a removable bonnet for easy maintenance and disassembly.
  • They are equipped with solid PTFE stem seal for long service life and lubricant-free operations.
  • These pneumatic needle valves are integrated with built-in panel or bracket mounting nuts for ease of installation.
  • These low extractable piping Needle Valves are available in globe and angle patterns with socket or threaded end connections.
