Pipe hangers generally suspend or support pipes from structural beams, walls or ceilings using straps, hooks, brackets & clamps.
These hangers are generally made from materials like steel, aluminium or cast iron based on strength & corrosion resistance requirements.
Pipe clamps hold pipes firmly in place while resisting vibration or any other movement.
They generally have two components that combine to tightly secure it in position around the pipe.
Pipe hangers and clamps distribute the weight of the pipes uniformly while preventing stress due to thermal expansion & contraction and minimising the risk of pipe failure or damage.
ZSI HT18 cushioned clamp fits into a strut channel for clamping and holding 1-1/8 inch metal tubing or pipe.
