Burndy three lug connectors are suitable for connecting or terminating cables / wires for use in aluminium and copper conductors. These universal terminal connectors are made of electro tin-plated aluminium alloy to offer low contact resistance and excellent thermal protection. Choose from a wide range of these UL-listed units in 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2 inch stud sizes. Raptor Supplies also offers Burndy terminal mechanical lugs in copper and tin-plated aluminium variants.

Burndy insulated multitap connectors are designed to connect wires of various sizes and materials. They are made from aluminium for conducting current and covered with UV-resistant plastisol for insulation & current leakage prevention. These Burndy connectors are equipped with aluminium set screws for holding wires in place and end caps for preventing contamination. They are available in 2, 3 & 4 port configurations.

Burndy GAR Series mechanical grounding connectors are used for attaching cables perpendicular or parallel to pipes, tubes or rods. They feature copper alloy construction to provide radio frequency shielding and corrosion resistance. These UL listed connectors can be installed using one wrench and include U-bolts, lockwashers & nuts, allowing the entire connection to be buried under concrete surfaces. They are integrated with cable clamp swivels for grounding one pipe or several pipes at 90 degrees, and are available in lengths ranging from 2 to 8 inches.

Burndy Series GAR-TC water pipe ground connectors are used for smooth connection & direct burial of water pipes to ground clamps through a two hole compression terminal. They are also used for reinforcing or providing a structural change to rod shapes. They have pre-drilled mounting pads to withstand shock and vibration, as well as provide maximum flexibility. These NEC approved and UL listed connectors can be installed with one wrench and feature silicon bronze construction for heat generation reduction during welding processes, thereby minimising distortions. Variants are available in lengths of 3, 4, 6 & 8 inches.

BURNDY Crimpit Series H-Taps are copper compression connectors designed for making secure electrical connections. They are tin-plated and can accommodate a wide range of wire sizes. For the main wires, they can handle sizes ranging from 2 AWG to 250 kcmil, including different classes such as B, C and I, as well as DLO (Diesel Locomotive Cable). For the tap wires, they can accommodate sizes from 14 AWG to 8 AWG, with various class options such as B, C, G, H, I and DLO, as well as class K for Tap 1. These connectors feature independent tap grooves for flexible design and installation. They ae colour-coded to match the corresponding installation die and have embossed die index markings for inspection purposes. These connectors come with a third-hand tool for assistance during installation.

They are used in telecommunications, construction and utility sectors to establish reliable connections between grounding conductors and structures like pipes, rods or fences.
