Hydraulic Quick Couplers

Parker Moldmate Series couplings are designed for connecting coolant lines to dies & moulds on die casting equipment & injection moulding machinery. These hydraulic quick couplings feature brass construction that offers protection against highly corrosive fluids and selected models feature fluorocarbon seals for ensuring leak tight seal while transferring oil based fluids. Parker H Series quick couplers are designed for quickly connecting / disconnecting multiple hoses to allow easy transfer of air, water and chemicals in hydraulic systems. These units are made of aluminium material allowing slight flexibility to fit between two shafts and reducing binding effects and are capable of handling working pressure up to 11000 PSI. They are integrated with locking balls to prevent accidental disconnection and nitrile seal to allow leakproof operation. Their snap-tite design further allows easy replacement of damaged parts, eliminating the need to remove existing pipe assembly.

Parker FH Series couplers are ideal for connecting with the FH Series nipples under push-to-connect operation for hydraulic applications in high pressure test equipment, rescue equipment and hydraulic crimpers, cutters, benders, clamps & wedges. They meet the Hydraulic Tool Manufacturer's Association (HTMA) and ISO 16028 standards by not connecting with lower pressure quick couplings and have easily identifiable red finish on the sleeve for indicating high pressure. These non-spill couplings with flush face valves reduce spillage and prevent entry of air while connecting or disconnecting fluid lines. They have steel construction with zinc & clear trivalent chromate plating and a nitrile seal for corrosion resistance and preventing entry of contaminants. Parker quick coupling adapters are ideal for connection between a specific male tip and different female couplers in applications including hydraulic loaders, Ag / mobile attachments and agricultural farm equipment. These units feature hardened locking ball groove that resists wear & offers protection against brinelling and a positive valve stop to resist flow checking for smooth & continuous performance. They are compatible with female couplers of brands like Pioneer, International Harvester, J I Case, John Deere and Ford / ISO.

Parker 9200 Series hydraulic quick couplers allow zero pressure connection / disconnection with their compatible nipples, when both components (or either one of them) are under pressure. These galvanised steel units are integrated with a lever actuator that locks the valves in "open" position to prevent from unwanted pressure surges or in the "closed position" while lines are under pressure. The right & left handed operation with color coded grips (red / yellow) allow easy identification of raise and lower pressure lines. They further feature breakaway design, ensuring quick disconnection of the coupling in case of a breakaway situation that might lead to mass fluid spillage or hose burst.
