• They are equipped with 3/8 inches male screw couplers to connect the hydraulic pump to the crimping head.

Working Mechanism

• These crimping tools consist of a hydraulic pump, crimping head and interchangeable dies to perform the crimping process.
• The hydraulic pump creates the necessary pressure to operate the crimping head.
• The head of the crimping tool houses the dies and is attached to the hydraulic pump. It helps to position the dies in the correct location to make a crimp.
• These pressure welding tools come with a set of interchangeable dies with different shapes and sizes to accommodate different wire and terminal sizes.
• The wire and terminal are placed into the correct position between the dies.
• Once correctly positioned, the operator can activate the hydraulic pump to apply pressure to the crimping die.
• The crimping die compresses onto the wire and terminal, thereby creating a secure and reliable electrical connection.
• Once the crimping is complete, the pressure is released and the wire & terminal can be removed from the dies.
