Heat Slingers

Dayton heat slingers are ideal to increase air inlet temperature for particular blowers to 450 degrees F or 500 degrees F. They comfortably mount on radial blower shafts to permit the blowers to manage higher inlet temperatures. These blowers can handle stringy material, granular material, sawdust, grain and particle-laden air of non-explosive gas variants.

Heat Slingers

Heat Slingers are used for protecting the bearings from excessive heat. Dayton heat slingers dissipate heat from the shaft before reaching the bearing and increases the airflow across the inboard bearings. They are designed for use on radial blower shafts and also help the blower manage higher inlet temperatures. These slingers are capable of handling thin material, sawdust, granular material and nonexplosive gases. Choose from an array of these heat slingers, available in 6 and 8 inch diameters on Raptor Supplies.
