Fork Extensions

Raptor Supplies is an authorised distributor of F4 Series forks manufactured by Vestil, primarily used for either increasing the current fork length or as a replacement in case of an emergency. Choose from a wide range of these forged steel forks in lengths ranging from 36 to 60 inches and capacities ranging from 3000 to 5000 lb; available with carriage pins. These units are designed for meeting Class II carriage mounting needs and meet I.T.A. standards.

Dayton fork extensions are used with forklifts and trucks where a longer fork is required to lift loads. They are made from steel and designed to fit over 2 inch thick forks. These fork extensions include a steel retaining strap for securely installing them. Choose from a wide range of fork extensions, available in 60 and 72 inch lengths.

FE Series fork extensions by Vestil feature all-welded steel construction with baked-in powder-coated finish and offer a uniform capacity of 4000 lb. Their FE-4, FE-5 & FE-6 Series have cast steel tips and FE-7 & FE-8 Series have tapered cut front end. They are used for providing extra support needed to lift long / large objects with a forklift. These units are available loop style extensions that have steel retaining straps to prevent them from sliding off forks during use and pin style extensions that have pins to be reinserted behind the heel of the fork to secure them with the fork. These extensions are made for use with Class 2 & 3 forks only and are designed in compliance with OSHA regulations (extensions should be no more than 150% of the existing fork length).
