Class G Fuses

Branch circuit Class-G fuses are designed for protecting industrial machinery from over-current or short-circuit conditions and rated to interrupt a minimum current supply of 100000 A. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of Bussmann and Ferraz Shawmut fuses featuring metal cap ends for maximum conductivity.Ferraz ShawmutClass G fuses feature fibreglass encapsulation that provides high dimensional stability in adverse conditions. These units are designed in accordance with UL Standard 248-5 & CSA Standard C22.2 and provide a time delay over 5 A power supply. BussmannClass G fuses meet basic protection requirements of NEC, CEC, UL and CSA. These fuses feature overload time-delay of 12 seconds (minimum) at 200% the rated current, which permits them to pass temporary overloads.
