Greenlee dieless crimpers are designed for crimping copper & aluminium connectors onto electrical cables. These manual crimpers are ideal for electrical wiring & selected models feature indent style crimping heads for eliminating any requirement for additional crimping dies. They offer 360 degree rotatable design for ease of use in tight locations. They have two speed pump that provides rapid crimping cycle time for minimising downtime and lightweight fibreglass handles for minimising user fatigue. DBurndy Type W hydraulic crimping tools w/ dies or die wheels help in making organised, reliable and safe crimps with controllable electrical connections. They feature spring loaded mechanism or retainer buttons for locking the rotating wheels into position and cushioned or comfortable handles for a perfect grip. Further, they feature press mechanism for releasing purposes and steel jaws for supreme clamping forces. The crimpers with dies offer PTFE impregnated, steel / bronze bushings, stainless steel pins and electroless nickel plated jaws with jaw links to withstand corrosive environments. The crimping tools catalogue also includes crimper kits with high impact, sturdy metal, carrying cases with rugged clasps for improved case life and have select terminals, splices and crimpers inside. Additionally, the cover prohibits the spillage of connector contents (present in individual compartments) when closed. Cable and wire crimping tools are used to conjoin two pieces of metal by deforming one or both of them to hold each other. Raptor Supplies offers a wide array of Greenlee, 3M, Cable Prep, Cooper Tools, Klein Tools, Westward and Eclipse cable and wire crimping tools. Crimping punctures the plastic connector and holds each of the wires, thereby allowing data to transmit through the connector. Greenlee cable and wire crimping tools come equipped with a two-speed ram which reduces the return speed to complete the crimp. These tools have rugged lightweight fibreglass handles and a push-button which permits the dies to be inserted and removed comfortably. The 4-inch wide opening on these tools facilitates easy placement on connectors and accepts Greenlee KC12 and KA12 dies, as well as other industry-standard U-style dies. Westward crimpers are designed to manually crimp non-insulated connectors. They feature a chrome-plated head with a revolving die, and a rubber-insulated handle which protects users against electrical shocks and are compatible for use with die sizes ranging between 7 and 4/0 AWG.
