A division of TPI Corporation, Markel Products Company has been providing highly efficient heating and lighting solutions for both commercial and industrial applications. Its product line includes portable heaters, air curtains, thermostats, baseboard heaters, wall convectors, dock lights and fluorescent magnifiers. The brand's PHLA Series portable unit heaters feature anti-static wheels to reduce the occurrence of static discharge and integrated fork-lift channels for easy-lifting on ramps or trucks. These Markel heaters further come equipped with a 24 V control, a contactor in NEMA 7 enclosure and epoxy-coated heater housing, therefore making them ideal for applications in hazardous locations. Markel also manufactures fan-forced wall heaters designed for both wall and ceiling installations in entryways, warehouses and public restrooms. These comprise propeller-style fan blades capable of rotating at speeds up to 1060 rpm.
